Pearland · Texas
Sushi bar. Ramen house. One counter.
Fresh nigiri cut to order, tonkotsu broth simmered in-house, and hibachi off the grill — Pearland's neighborhood Japanese kitchen.
Two crafts, one kitchen
At the counter, our sushi chefs slice hamachi and build specialty rolls. In back, the ramen pots have been going since morning. Yoshi is where a bright sashimi platter and a deep bowl of tonkotsu belong at the same table.

The bowl
Broth worth the wait
Our tonkotsu is simmered low and slow until it turns silky and rich, then finished with chashu, a marinated egg and fresh scallions. Prefer something lighter? The shoyu and curry bowls are right there beside it.
